To promote the old profession of cork peeling, this month of June a new one has been organized in Can Vilallonga (Cassa de la Selva)
Accredited laboratory with number 675 in the Register of agri-food laboratories of Catalonia (DOGC no. 5433 -31/07/2009).
The functions of ICSuro are to stimulate the development of the sector, contribute to research and knowledge of the sector, define and present proposals for action to the competent bodies and other actions to develop, favor and promote the Catalan cork sector.
