The Cork

FORMATS

The Cork

CORK BOARDS (WHOLE, CUT, FLAT OR CONCAVE)

applications

  • Thermal insulation, acoustic damping, resistance layer
  • To reduce the weight of the elements
  • Any shape (CNC)
CORK

Types of caps

  • Still wine (natural, agglomerated, technical)
  • Sparkling wine (1 or 2 discs, agglomerated)

reuse

  • Reused whole
  • Crushed, granulated
GRANULATED (CLAPS, PELLAGRI, REFUSE, BURNING, USED CAPS) AND REGRANULATED (CLICKS OF AGLOMERATE)

applications

  • Thermal insulation, acoustic damping, resistance layer
  • To reduce the weight of the elements
  • Any shape (CNC)
AGGREGATED

agglomerate

  • Produced from waste from manufacturing processes.

applications

  • Civil construction (coatings, insulation...)
  • Industry (automotive, aeronautics...)

Expanded agglomerate

Result of the agglutination of Pellagri or Low quality cork granulate, subjected to a T and P application process using steam. Natural product that does not use synthetic binders.

  • Thermal black (5-22 mm and 115 kg / m)
  • Vibrating black (170 kg / m)
  • Acoustic black (5-10 mm and 95 kg / m)

Plates of black agglomerate of densified cork

More dense and with different physical-mechanical properties (separator panels, parquet, anti-vibration insulation and false ceilings...).

Agglomerates of cork powder without glues

The chemical compounds in cork are polymerized as a binder.

Black chipboard sandwich with natural fibers or other materials

(Coconut fiber, neoprene).

Agglomerated panels

On wood, MDF, aluminum and other materials (furniture).
