The Institut Català del Suro is made up of a team of biology and chemistry graduates and laboratory technicians with extensive experience in chemical, physical, microbiological and sensorial analyzes in the cork, environmental and food fields. We are in continuous collaboration with technological centers of global reference in our field of work and regularly publish scientific articles related to our research in the most prestigious journals.
