The Institut Català del Suro Foundation has a testing laboratory accredited by ENAC with accreditation No. 1258/LE2382 in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard and is currently the first laboratory to offer the accredited Global Migration Assay for corks.

Voluntary Agreements
The Institut Català del Suro Foundation is part of the Program of Voluntary Agreements for the reduction of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions in accordance with the Commitment that began in 2015 to demonstrate the entity's carbon footprint in line with the European guidelines that establish the Sustainable Development objectives.
Economy of the Common Good
The Institut Català del Suro Foundation (ICSuro) has self-assessed to deploy its own Balance of the Common Good the result of their interest in minimizing the social, environmental and economic impact of the entity in line with the environmental sensitivity of the cork sector.
