En este contexto, la Dra. Chantal Prat y Jose Castro, directora y responsable de calidad del CorkLab Centre, han impartido en la bodega Mas Doix tres sesiones formativas sobre los aromas del corcho.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"347\" data-end=\"771\">Esta prueba piloto se ha desarrollado directamente en las instalaciones de la bodega, donde el equipo del Institut Catal\u00e0 del Suro se traslad\u00f3 para llevar a cabo las sesiones con vinos del propio Mas Doix. La iniciativa forma parte de un nuevo servicio especializado que el ICSuro pone a disposici\u00f3n de las bodegas con el objetivo de profundizar en el an\u00e1lisis sensorial aplicado al vino y en la influencia del corcho en la experiencia organol\u00e9ptica.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"773\" data-end=\"1183\">Las tres sesiones han combinado contenidos te\u00f3ricos y din\u00e1micas pr\u00e1cticas centradas en el entrenamiento de la memoria sensorial, la identificaci\u00f3n y diferenciaci\u00f3n de compuestos arom\u00e1ticos y el desarrollo de la sensibilidad olfativa. Los participantes han trabajado el reconocimiento de matices arom\u00e1ticos y posibles defectos, reforzando as\u00ed las competencias t\u00e9cnicas vinculadas a la cata y al control de calidad.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1185\" data-end=\"1578\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Con esta iniciativa, el Instituto Catal\u00e1n del Corcho sigue impulsando acciones de formaci\u00f3n y transferencia de conocimiento orientadas a poner en valor el papel del corcho en la excelencia enol\u00f3gica, en l\u00ednea con las l\u00edneas de trabajo recogidas dentro del PE Visi\u00f3n 2028.
