Two master's students from the Institut d'Arquitectura Avançada de Catalunya (UPC), visited theICSuro on February 12 to obtain information about cork and its properties in construction.
During the visit, they were given a tour of the laboratory and given cork samples.
Accredited laboratory with number 675 in the Register of agri-food laboratories of Catalonia (DOGC no. 5433 -31/07/2009).
The functions of ICSuro are to stimulate the development of the sector, contribute to research and knowledge of the sector, define and present proposals for action to the competent bodies and other actions to develop, favor and promote the Catalan cork sector.
