On January 15, ICSuro participated in a meeting in which several cork companies and the Forestry Consortium of Catalonia also attended.
The aim of the meeting was to present the project "Impulse to the purchase of proximity of raw material to improve the competitiveness of the Catalan cork sector", of the CFC.
This is a project closely linked to the Institute's strategic line to increase the credibility of the quality of Catalan cork and promote its use, which collects the physiochemical characteristics of the corks made with native cork and evaluates them its technical potential.
