The Catalan Cork Institute continues to advance in the development of its strategic plan with an exhaustive work process that has included consulting experts and agents in the sector to gather opinions, knowledge and diverse experiences.

After weeks of analysis and reflection, several work sessions have been held with the institute's management and team, which have allowed strategic initiatives to be prioritized, key projects to be specified and a shared vision of the future to be consolidated.

With the support of Ángel Gutiérrez, director of Breakthru, the process has advanced towards the definition of lines of work aimed at promoting new analysis and laboratory services, developing research and innovation projects and identifying opportunities for collaboration with universities and sector agents. This roadmap should allow the institute to strengthen its positioning and expand its impact in the coming years.
