The Catalan Cork Institute promotes training services aimed at wineries that want to deepen their knowledge of cork and its relationship with wine.
In this context, Dr. Chantal Prat and Jose Castro, director and quality manager of the CorkLab Centre, have given the first session of a training cycle on the aromas of cork at the Mas Doix winery.
The session combined theory and practice with sensory exercises to identify aromatic profiles and understand their influence on wine, contributing to improving quality and decision-making in the bottling process.
