Study of the effect of surface treatments and washing operations on the behavior of corks and their interaction with wine

This study evaluated the chemicals most commonly used in cork production processes. The objective was to determine the quality that these products provide in corks, as well as to determine the effect it produces on the wine.

Accredited laboratory with number 675 in the Register of agri-food laboratories of Catalonia (DOGC no. 5433 -31/07/2009).

ICSuro
