Evaluation of the oxygen permeability of the different types of caps

The aim of the project is to determine the oxygen transfer of the different types of capping over time and to carry out a comparative study.

The value of the amount of oxygen that passes through each type of cap will allow them to be characterized and classified. It should be noted that this parameter must be taken into account at the same time as anticipating bottle aging. The permeability results will be contrasted with the analysis of two aroma indicators: one oxidized and one reduced.
