Recently, the ICSuro has obtained the seal awarded by the Catalan Climate Change Office which promotes and supports the establishment of voluntary agreements with organizations, entities and collectives for the reduction of their emissions of greenhouse gases (GHG) in Catalonia.

In this sense, ICSuro undertakes to carry out a series of actions to help reduce these emissions. Among them, reduce your electricity expenditure by covering part of the facade with projected cork, as this provides waterproofing and thermal insulation, and by automating the regulation of the centre's air conditioning devices. On the other hand, corrective measures will be applied to the laboratory's equipment with a significant use of energy, as well as training for staff in the matter of good energy efficiency practices.
