The Catalan Cork Institute received a visit from Josep Graells, president of the Vallformosa Foundation, and Josep Maria Pelegrí, general director, at the foundation's headquarters.

Accompanied by president Joan Puig, director Alba Balcells and the CorkLab Centre team, they were able to learn first-hand about the research and innovation activity that takes place at the institute.

The meeting has allowed exploring opportunities for collaboration between institutions, companies and wineries, with the aim of generating synergies, sharing knowledge and promoting joint projects that contribute to innovation, sustainability and transfer to the sector.
