During the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Institut Català del Suro on December 12, Albert Hereu he was presented as the new Director of the Institute.

Albert Hereu Marès (37), degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Girona. He has a master's degree in people management from EAE Business School and a postgraduate degree in municipal environmental management from the Fundació Universitat de Girona. His professional career goes through strategic consulting focusing on sustainability and CSR policies, Founder and Director of an environmental consulting company and Director of a Green MBA in Mexico.

During the same meeting, the new statutes of the consortium were also approved, a follow-up was carried out strategic plan  that must mark the lines of work in the coming years and the President informed that the budgets for the year 2015 would be presented during the first General Meeting of the year.
