General characteristics:

• Beneficiaries: agricultural and forestry producers and their associations; companies or industries in the agri-food sector and their associations, agricultural cooperatives and their associations, communities of irrigators and food artisans and their guilds.
• Submission deadline: 15/11/2017
• Conditions: the projects must be innovative and must be developed by at least two actors independent of each other.

OPERATING GROUPS

1. Design and drafting of innovative pilot projects

Aid intended to cover the expenses of writing of innovation projects by Operational Groups.

The operational groups are designed to facilitate meetings between different entities in order to prepare the report of an innovative project. In this case, the idea is there but it must be developed and presented in a memory. Once you have this document you can, or not, go ahead to apply for a grant for its execution.

• Subsidy of the 70% of the eligible expenditure and cannot exceed €10,000 per project.

PILOT PROJECTS 

2. Realization of innovative pilot projects

Aid intended to cover the expenses of realization of innovative pilot projects, carried out by these groups or not. The pilot project involves the execution of the idea. Help includes:

1. The expenses derived from the recruitment technological
2. Expenses arising from the development of a prototype
3. Expenses arising from the realization of pilot tests
4. Acquisition costs of expendable laboratory material, animals, plants or organisms and raw materials used that are damaged during the realization of the project.
5. Processing costs of the protection of the intellectual property of the product and/or process.
6. Rental of equipment, installations and properties i contracting of services necessary for the realization of the project.
7. Expenses of consulting technological and advisory.
8. Expenses of dissemination and communication of the results of the project.
9. Expenses of own staff referring to the total gross cost of full-time remuneration, and the employer's share.

• Subsidy of the 70% of the eligible expenditure and cannot exceed €140,000 per project.
