Aid intended to encourage the carrying out of R&D activities with an international scope carried out between companies with an operational establishment in Catalonia and an entity from the eligible territories (European Union, USA, Chile, Singapore, China, South Korea, Israel, United Kingdom and Canada).

Characteristics:

• Minimum eligible expenditure: €150,000
• Eligible expenditure: technical staff, contracts for research services, tests and laboratory tests, depreciation of assets used in the research project, etc.
• Application deadline: October 10, 2019
• Aid intensity: up to 70% of the eligible expenditure up to a maximum of €200,000

Recruitment of R+D personnel (Tecnio-spring INDUSTRY – ACTION)

Aid intended for the recruitment of R&D personnel for two years. The recruitment of the researcher will be linked to a technology transfer or applied research project.

Characteristics:

• Eligible expenditure: 100% of the researcher's cost
• Application deadline: September 30, 2019.
• The researcher must have a doctor's degree and experience with research, or have a minimum of 6 years of research experience after obtaining the degree that would give access to doctoral studies.
• The researcher cannot have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies) in Spain for more than 12 months in the 3 years immediately preceding the closing of the call.

Aid intended to encourage the implementation of R&D activities in Circular Economy projects, specifically to minimize the generation of waste, add value to by-products or improve waste treatment processes.

Characteristics:

• More than one company can be presented in the same project.
• Minimum eligible expenditure: €150,000
• Eligible expenditure: technical staff, contracts for research services, tests and laboratory tests, depreciation of assets used in the research project, etc.
• Application deadline: September 16, 2019
• Aid intensity: up to 70% of the eligible expenditure up to a maximum of €150,000

Aid to innovative pilot projects (DARP)

Aid intended for the planning and drafting of innovative projects and the realization of innovative pilot projects by groups of companies or entities in the agri-food sector.

Characteristics:

• The minimum participation is 2 companies or entities.
• Eligible expenditure: technical staff, research service contracts, tests and laboratory tests, depreciation of assets used in the pilot project, indirect costs, etc.
• Application deadline: October 31, 2019
• Aid intensity: up to 70% of the subsidized expenditure up to a maximum of €10,000 in the case of drafting projects and €152,000 in the case of pilot projects.
